The evil Lady Merle plans to force Robin’s childhood sweetheart, Maid Marian to marry Prince John in an effort to make him more acceptable to the people of England. To arms! It's up to Robin to stop the marriage, defeat a nasty sheriff and secure Nottingham for the King's return.

Sara Goode, a successful American woman working as the British representative of a major Hong Kong bank, is about to celebrate her fifty-fourth birthday. Firmly ensconced in her lovely London home, she leads a quiet, almost cold, expatriate life with her daughter, Tess. For the birthday celebration, her two sisters, Gorgeous Teitelbaum (Dr. Gorgeous, loving housewife and mother, of Newton, MA, who has her own call-in radio advice program and hopes to make the leap to TV), and Pfeni Rosensweig (peripatetic third-world travel writer, alas, unmarried), are expected to arrive at any moment. As if this weren't causing Sara enough stress, Mervyn Kant shows up at her door, and she doesn't even know the man, who, at first sight, is instantly smitten with her. Mervyn is a furrier, and a friend of Geoffrey's, the on-again, off-again, bi-sexual lover of Pfeni. After her sisters arrive for the celebration, Tess, and her boyfriend, Tom, turn up and advise her that they're planning on rushing off to his ancestral Lithuania for reasons of political protest. Next to arrive is Nicholas, the stuffy Brit whom Sara has been "seeing" although he seems somewhat anti-Semitic. All of this adds up to a rather interesting evening, which leads to unexpected romance, suspected partings, recriminations, reconciliation’s and, above all, newfound love and acceptance.

This play tells the story of the Olsen siblings, Phil, Sally & Patrick; who meet at their family’s summer home on Squirrel lake, Wisconsin to read their recently deceased mother’s will. Through a series of unfortunate misunderstandings, it appears that the neighbor claiming to be a nun is actually a prostitute, that Phil has accidentally broken the law and helped his law firm swindle the nun’s mother out of her house in Chicago, that the nun’s brother, Lance, is insane and seeking revenge, and that Patrick has a stalker in the form of his boss’s daughter, who also happens to be a psychic sent by the deceased mother to act as the vehicle of her will. Sally’s husband, Bob, is a walking accident, and their children are completely out of control (and also off-stage the entire play). When the family decides that the nun/prostitute is possibly carrying Bob’s child, things get a little out of hand! In the end, we find that even the unlucky in life can find happiness and contentment if they simply look for the gifts given to them.

Evergreen Children’s theater starts it’s 40th season with a classic children’s story.
The Velveteen Rabbit is the heartwarming tale of a toy rabbit. When the Rabbit comes to live in the nursery with the other toys, only the Old Horse is friendly to him. As the Boy plays with the rabbit more and more frequently, he becomes shabbier and shabbier.
After being embarrassed by the others toys’ scorn over his shabby state, the Old Horse explains that the shabbier a toy gets, the more it is loved and the more it becomes real.
